Expertise in labor laws, HR policies, and best practices to ensure

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage an HR team and
collaborate with senior management.
Experience in handling payroll, benefits administration, and employee
development programs.
Ability to lead organizational change, foster a positive company
culture, and improve employee engagement.
Familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms and experience in HR
analytics is an advantage.
